What are your candles made out of?
Soy bean wax / paraffin wax
Can you use a different oil to make candles?
At this time Cherie Scents only uses soy bean oil and paraffin wax. If we decide to use another oil we will notify our customers.
What do you scent your candles with?
All candles are scented with fragrance oils.
When can I pick up my order?
After you’ve ordered. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your confirmation email including your pickup time and location.Follow detailed email to contact me.
Can we request a scent?
Custom orders are now accepted. Please visit our custom candle tab.
I entered the wrong information on my order, what do I do?
Please email [email protected] immediately.
I would like to cancel my order.
All sales are final. For urgent cases only please email [email protected] within 24 hours of your order explaining why you need to cancel your order.
I would like to purchase a large order of candles for an event, how do I do that?
If you would like to order more than 15 candles at one time, be sure you are ordering at least 30-40 days in advance. At that time, please email [email protected] with the date of your event, what day you would like to receive the candles and wait 1-2 business days for a response.
